Two red disks on white background simultaneously rotate and move around each other to indicate hours and minutes. The disk movement is contrasted by the stasis of the outer ring and the centrally located Illy logo.

24 rising moons (Illy logos) slowly fill each hour of the day while the minutes are described on the horizontal scale below. Overlapping sheets of material are kept in the iconic Illy colours.

During 5-minute intervals, each new circular opening turns red. After 12 hours, the Illy star is complete. The red background can be produced digitally or by overlapping sheets of material.
